Notice and Procedure for DMCA Claims

If you believe you hold a claim of copyright infringement involving FrameVault, please send a written notice of your claim to the following designated agent:

To be effective, your DMCA notice must include all of the following:

• A statement that you are the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in the notification is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list of those works.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, together with information reasonably sufficient to allow FrameVault to locate the material on the site.
• Information reasonably sufficient to allow FrameVault to contact you, including your name, postal address, telephone number and, if available, an email address. If you act on behalf of the rights holder, you may also include their contact information.
• A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Our Response

FrameVault will review and respond to DMCA complaints in a timely manner. If you are the copyright holder of specific content featured on this site without your permission, we will remove or restrict access to that content promptly once a valid DMCA notice is received.
